Cinco!!

Seriously, I'm gonna keep stimming forever, this is working out great! ;) It's like some other person has taken over my ovaries, because it all my IUIs and IVFs, I have NEVER gotten more than 2 follies and that was only once. Every other cycle it's been ONE SINGLE FOLLIE with puny E2 levels. But as of this morning: FIVE follies! Woot, woot!

I'd love to keep going for another 4 weeks, but those big follies are yearning for their day in the sun, so I'll be triggering tonight with ER on Wednesday. Here are the stats:

The powers that be like to have an E2 level of 100-200 per mature follie, and being way ahead of that gives me hope that all five follies with be mature at retrieval and I'll just pray that the 2 bigger ones don't go renegade and flee this popsicle stand on their own. I've also been having alot of pangs at my left "ovary" - or that space where my ovary supposedly would live since it's never seen on u/s. It makes me wonder if the little rotten elf has possibly come up with a follie of its own. I'm not holding my breath on that one, but it'll be an interesting science experiment to see what the attending RE says about it.

The nurse who sets up the surgical appointments at my clinic is a random one, so I didn't get the YAY call from my usual awesome nurse. But because I'm a nerd, I plan on calling her tomorrow morning -- I want to ask if my own RE will be attending on Wednesday. I really, really hope so because he knows what a "unique" case I am and I'd feel much better knowing he was treating my eggies like the rare treasures that they are. Also, I want her take on the 14/15/16mm follies and their maturity. Yea, I'm one of those patients. My nurse either doesn't mind all my questions or she's very, very good at pretending.

Trigger at 11pm tonight! That's past my bedtime, but I think I can make an exception. Don't make me watch Jay Leno, though. Please. Don't.
