I'm trying to earn my way up to enough amazon gift cards to buy a fancy Cuisinart toaster oven that I've been eyeballing. It will take me until approximately 2013. It's the kind of thing that if I just went and bought it, NoodleGuy and I would have an annoying conversation about needs vs wants. And I am extremely responsible with money - for Pete's sake, I max out my 401k and IRA contributions every year - so I don't need that lecture about replacing our disgusting, gross 5-year old $10 toaster oven. So, see? This is only in the interest of marital harmony!

Haha! I've been eyeing a couple toaster ovens for 2 years now, and can't bring myself to spend the cash b/c I'm sure I'll end up with a dud (reviews are so mixed), or the 1 in 100 that end up burning the house down. If you do get it soon, make sure you post a review :).
