So, it's considered a success in this neck of the woods to just get bloodwork showing appropriate hormonal baseline levels to start a new cycle. Today is actually CD5, my clinic having insisted that the period that started on Friday - only a week after my last IUI - was implantation bleeding thought it clearly was not. Way too heavy. Plus the weekend nurse was all confused by my miniscule 6.3 HCG beta from Saturday's bloodwork, despite the fact that I patiently explained to her that it was 99.9% sure to be residual HCG trigger in my system. They insisted I be re-tested on Tuesday, my beta was of course 0 and tonight I start my Hiroshima Gonal-f 450 shots. I'm annoyed because I should have started this on CD2, especially since I'm a short cycle gal. But here we go...
It'll be IUI #3 this cycle, the second attempt with injectables...
